XENOS: Ratman Scrapper

Since my campaign world doesn’t have ratmen decided that these guys were also refugees from the downed Divinity who have their roots with the skaven.  So I cracked out my old codex for inspiration.  Decided, their time away from their kin has made them more amiable to others – that is more neutral than the usual irredeemably evil skaven and more mouse than rat.  When I saw the artwork for Redtooth I immieidlty thought of Mice and Mystics.

When I saw the name “scrapper” my mind went to the skaven plague monk and so turned them into monks essentially.  And since one of my players runs a monk I thought it would be cool to have a kung fu fight in the middle of the science deck.

The ratfolk scrappers use their swarming ability to get sneak attacks, and prefer to attack human foes over other targets if possible.  These ratfolk aren’t as brave as the orcs working for Meyanda.  A ratfolk reduced to 4 or fewer hit points attempts to flee or hide, but if cornered, fights to the death.
