Keen Smell. The troll has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Regeneration. The troll regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn. If the troll takes acid or fire damage, this trait doesn’t function at the start of the troll’s next turn. The troll dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn’t regenerate.

ACTIONS
Multiattack. The troll makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.

+1 Autograpnel. Range Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target.
Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) piercing damage and reel in. Helskarg may attempt to reel a target in. Make opposed strength checks vs. the autograpnel that has an effective strength of 22 (+6). Line can be burst with a DC 25 Strength check or cut (AC 12, 20 hp, resistance to slashing, blugedoning and piecing).

CHARIOT
Helskarg keeps two ogres as pets and beasts of burden for her chariot. She can use intimidate to control their actions instead of handle animal. Reference for mounted combat:

  • Characters try to jump onto the chariot: Acrobatics DC 15
  • Attack the chariot directly: The chariot has AC 8, 80 hps and resistance to slashing and piercing.

While on her chariot Helskarg gets the following bonus action:
Overrun. Vehicle Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 4 (1d8) bludgeoning damage.
