OA BESTIARY: FOO LION

The first Oriental Adventures monster conversion foe 5e.  Required as the wu-jen can summon these bad boys.  I used the dire animal template on a base lion and added some extra statue appropriate abilities as I envision these creatures to be made of stone or another precious stone like jade ala the quilen.

False Appearance. While the  foo lion remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an inanimate statue.

Roaring Call.  The roar/howl of foo creature has a 20% chance each round to summon 1d4 foo creatures to its location.  A summoned foo creature appears in an unoccupied space within 60 feet of its summoner, acts as an ally of its summoner, and can’t summon other foo creatures.

Keen Smell. The foo lion has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
