Battleship
The Confederation Naval Yards ultimate creation, the Aurora Class Battleship. This
25,000t goliath is the most advanced warship in known space. Carrying twin spinal mounted
meson canons as well as one squadron of Fury Star Fighters for recon and soft Imperial
targets. The Aurora class ship first saw action at the "Battle of the Line"
during the 3rd Interstellar war in the Barnarb system. The awesome fire power of this
class of ship was a decisive factor. |

Heavy Cruiser
Mitsubishi's Yammoto Class Heavy Cruiser was the mainstay of the Terran Fleet early
in the war, before the introduction of the Aurora Class Battleship (qv). This workhorse
mounts a single spinal mounted particle canon, and carrys two Fury Star Fighters. This
class of ship does not have any Gravity Compensators, therefore all the crew members must
be zero-G trained. |

Cruiser
Terran Naval Yards builds the FF-4237 Cruiser exclusively for the Confederation Navy. It
is a rugged and flexible design, more than a match for the puny Atonida Kestrel and any
other escort ships. The use of this glorious ship as the backbone of the Navy's task
forces will surely be sufficient to crush the Imperium's pitiful space fleets. |

Missile Boat
The Terran Naval Yards G-564 missile gunboat is essentially a stretched model of its
cousin, the P-361 destroeyr. As an outgrowth of the earlier P-361 design program, the
gunbaot's designers were able to keep the parts commonly used between the two ships; for
example, the gunboat' unique tri-mounted wings are identical to the assemblies used by the
patrol ship. The forwarded-mounted strakes along the fuselage sides hold missile racks and
rocket launchers. The term 'Boat' is misleading, as this vessel is jump capable. |

Escort
The P-361 Destroyer-Escort, manufactured by the Terran Naval Yards, is the best small DD
ever designed. No other small ship can beat it in a battle - at least, such an occurence
has never been publically reported. Using twin Rolls Royce fusion drives, allows the
vessel excellent maneuverability. |

Scout
Krydanti Systems' Mk. XVII scoutship is used primarily by mining corporations and
entrepreneurs to seek out new mineral deposits. It is also a fairly decent courier ship,
though its light armament poses a serious disadvantage in a fight. Its main selling point
is its extremely long range. |

Bulk Freighter
The Allied Shipyards AS1300 is the best - indeed, the only - bulk freighter available.
Their high cost and weak defenses preclude their use in the frontier systems, but further
in, these huge ships carry the majority of commerce between the Core Worlds. |
