The equipment listed here is in addition to any items you may wish to add from any w40k or T20 supplement.  Bear in mind that the average tech level in nearly all fields is TL 12.  TL 13  items are rare, but obtainable.  TL 14~15 items are unique artefacts from by gone era's that can not be reproduced by the Techno-Priests of Mars (but can generally still be maintained).
