Here is a converted Ghaele from Savage Species.  You can use this class as an example of a Sensei.  Unless otherwise stated the class is identical to the Ghaele.  Physically Sensei look no different to a normal human.

Racial Traits

Starting Ability Score Adjustment: As SS

Speed: 9m

Darkvision: 20m

Low Light Vision: 20m

Saves: +4 vs. Poison.

Automatic Language: Low Gothic, High Gothic and Draconic

Class Skills: Class skills are the same as whatever class the character uses for pre-history.  For example, if the character uses the Army class and tables for pre-history that character has the same class skills.

Weapon Proficiency: Weapon proficiency are the same as whatever class the character uses for pre-history.  For example, if the character uses the Army class and tables for pre-history that character has the same weapon proficiencies.

Feats: As SS.

Spells: The class no longer casts spells but becomes a Psioncist.  Maximum Psioncist level is 14.  They obey the same rules as a Psioncist and gain the same power points.
