MENACE MANUAL: TECHNIC LEAGUE CHAMPION

Nothing fancy here, this is The Shade‘s bodyguards two Garundi brothers, Voldus and Ambaru.  They immediately surrendered once The Shade was killed.

Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one target.
Hit: 5 (1d10) piercing damage.

    I use “synth” as a generic term for weapons made from technological materials. Generally plastic but not always. Purely for flavour 🙂

    I figured the Technic League would want to equip their mooks with some tech items but not necessarily guns and the like. So I started using synth for their armour and weapons. You can check out the older Technic League Hirelings as well for a similar idea of using cyphers to give them a tech flavour.
