Casandalee, Evaluator Robot Aggregate

The PCs had Casandalee running around in a Myrmidon for a long while but, as a person, she got sick of not having human hands and being in a more human form.  She took over an evaluator robot as soon as she could and this would eventually become her Iron Goddess form post-campaign.  Items marked in blue are the modifications the AI Casandalee adds to the base evaluator robot.

Gift of the Machine God. As a creature of technology evaluator robots gain many damage and condition resistances and immunities but they are also susceptible to electrical attacks.

Electronic Interface. Casandalee has an intricate understanding of electronics, and her ability to interface with them via wireless protocol (to a maximum range of 60 feet) allows her to use her cybertheurgy skill on electronic objects with advantage.  Casandalee can aid another’s skill check against electronic devices, and if she does so, she automatically grants advantage on the check.

Memory Facets. As a CR 12 AI, Casandalee can benefit from up to 3 memory facets at any one time, but her compact AI core does not currently have any memory facets installed

  • Discipline. This memory facet bolsters an AI’s thought and personality with rigid order and behavior, granting it a +2 enhancement bonus to its Intelligence score. In addition, the facet grants the AI the ability to bolster the programming of any robot within 30 feet as a bonus action for 1 minute per day. A bolstered robot gains advantage on attack rolls, +2 weapon damage rolls, and advantage on Wisdom saving throws. The AI can target an aggregate under its control with this effect. This adds the Lawful attribute to the AI’s alignment.

Force Field. A shimmering field of energy encases the evaluator robot, granting it 55 bonus hit points. All damage dealt to the robot is deducted from these hit points first. As long as the force field is active, the myrmidon is immune to critical hits. This force field recharges to full strength at the start of the myrmidon’s turn, but once its hit points are reduced to 0; the force field shuts down and doesn’t reactivate until the next completed long rest.   An EMP weapon that strikes the shield will bring it down so long as some damage is done to the shield.

Process Languages. Exceptional processing and data stores allows an evaluator robot to parse language in a way that lets it permanently speak and understand any spoken or written language it observes for at least 1 minute.

Superior Optics. An evaluator robot sees invisible creatures or objects as if they were visible.

Unity Blessed Weapons. The evaluator robot ‘s weapon attacks are magical. When the evaluator hit s with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 4d8 radiant damage (included in the attack).

Multiattack. The evaluator makes two attacks.

Sword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 18 (4d8) radiant damage.

Integrated Laser – palm. Range Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 120 ft.; one target.
Hit: 25 (5d8) radiant damage.

Memory Wipe (3/Day). The evaluator robot touches another creature. The target is injected with nanites that wipe away the memory of the last 12 hours on a failed DC 18 Intelligence saving throw. Nothing short of a wish or miracle spell can bring the lost memories back.

Robo-jack. Casandalee can attempt to takeover a robot that is within 60 feet of her compact AI core.  The targeted robot must make a DC 20 Wisdom save or come under the control of Casandalee.

Double Attack. When a melee attack misses Casandalee she may make two Sword attacks in return against the target that missed and one other adjacent opponent. She can only hit the same target once.

With wings and an unearthly glow, this mechanical being could easily be mistaken for an angel. However when Cassandalee creates an aggregate it becomes much more human looking as her wings turn feathery black.
