My son is currently playing Skylanders Trapteam – basically a combination of kids-Diablo and Pokemon. He has finished the game already but is redoing levels on hard to get all the achievements/stars. I watched him battle this guy. I thought he would be cool (and unusual) bad guy. A werewolf bard. Though you could run him as a human I have assumed he is in the Underdark and therefore the base creature is a drow as I want to use him for Out of the Abyss (he would make a fine member of Jarlaxle’s mercenary troop for example). Remove the following abilities if you decide to make him human – darkvision, fey ancestry, innate spell casting and sunlight sensitivity.

Fey Ancestry. Wolfgang has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put him to sleep.
Innate Spellcasting. Wolfgang’s spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, Wolfgang has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight
Shapechanger. Wolfgang can use his action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into his true form, which is a drow. His statistics, other than his AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment he is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. He reverts to its true form if it dies. He tends to remain in hybrid form whenever possible. He is a natural werewolf and has full control of his faculties when shape-shifted even on full-moons.
Keen Hearing and Smell. Wolfgang has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Multiattack (Drow or Hybrid Form Only). Wolfgang makes two attacks: one with his bite and one with his claws or Discord.
Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.
Drowwrought +2 Adamantine Sheathed Claws (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature.
Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) slashing damage.
Discord – Magical Harp (Hybrid or Drow Form Only).. Discord can be used as a melee weapon or as an instrument. When used Wolfgang can pick from the following options. Each time this instrument is Wolfgang can make a DC 20 Performance check, on a success Discord does maximum damage or the variables of the spells are all maximised. When used in this way Discord gives off a raucous yet spellbinding musical rift :
Discord Slicer. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature.
Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage plus 10 (3d6) thunder damage.
Designating Hum (1/day). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature.
Hit: 14 (2d10 + 4) slashing damage plus 34 (3d6 +24) thunder damage on a critical. In addition all allies have advantage on attacks against the designated target for 1 minute.
Raise Spirits (1/day). All allies in a 10 foot square regain 12 (4d6) hit points and as a reaction can immediately take a move, dodge or disengage action.
Discord Singer. Cast the following spells using Wolfgang’s ability scores as appropriate oncer per day: fly, invisibility, levitate, protection from evil and good, control weather, cure wounds (5th level, 4d8+4), and wall of thorns.
Bard’s Valour. When an ally within 50 feet bloodies an enemy or reduces an enemy to 0 hit points, the triggering ally gains 10 temporary hit points
Harp of Discord, drowwrought claws and drowwrought bracers of protection +3 (appears as chains around his wrists).
NB: Drowwrought items turn to dust if exposed to sunlight for 1 hour.
Wolfgang usually appears in his hybrid form – in either case he is a middle-aged drow with a fine fashion sense and an air of playfulness about him. He is ruggedly handsome, though not especially muscular, and he wears a large gold hoop in his left ear. His garb consists of black trousers tucked into knee-high black leather boots, and a billowing purple shirt unbuttoned halfway down. A fine gold headband holds his long white hair back rom his face, and his sleeves of his shirt are tucked into elaborate steel bracers of unbroken chain links (bracers of defence). A fine black block completes the ensemble. He smells of perfume and incense, particularly sandalwood. He is quick with a friendly jib or joke during conversations – even with perfect strangers.
