Geetan Prosser , Weredeinonychus

The leader of the mislead tribe of lashunta.  A were-dinosaur?  This is part of the adventure that jumps-the-shark.  Was tempted to change him into something else but ran out of time and left them be.

Fey Ancestry. Geetan has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put the lashunta to sleep.

Lightning Fast. Geetan is very fast. He has two initiative counts per round.

Shapechanger. Geetan can use his action to polymorph into a tiger humanoid hybrid or into a deinonychus, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if he dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. Geetan has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Pounce (Deinonychus or Hybrid Form Only). If Geetan moves at least 15 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, Geetan can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.

ACTIONS
Multiattack (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). In humanoid form, Geetan makes two scimitar attacks or two dartgun attacks. In hybrid form, it can attack like a humanoid or make two claw and one bite attacks.

Bite (Deinonychus or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 18 (3d10 + 3) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with weredeinonychus lycanthropy.

Claw (Deinonychus or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 11 (2d8 + 3) slashing damage.

Scimitar (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.

Dartgun (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target.
Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 hour. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is also unconscious while poisoned in this way. The target wakes up if it takes damage or if another creature takes an action to shake it awake.

TACTICS
Before Combat Prosser casts barkskin and freedom of movement on himself.

During Combat Despite his impressive physique, Prosser prefers to fight with his dart gun, hoping to poison foes from afar and then wait for them to fall unconscious from the toxin. If forced into melee, he pounces and rips into foes with relish—he never leaves a bitten foe alive if he can avoid it, seeking to keep his special gift of lycanthropy to himself.

Morale Prosser believes himself the undisputed king of the jungle, and never backs down from a fight.

GEAR
Combat Gear blue whinnis (10 doses), concussion grenades (3), gravity grenades (2); Other Gear +1 chain shirt, dart gun, amulet of mighty fists +2, cloak of resistance +2, nanite canisters (3)
