Tentacle Whip
Made from the tentacle of Tentacle Terror, this magical whip has reach of 15 feet, does 1d4 necrotic damage and can be used by any class proficient in martial weapons as well as Bards and Rogues. The amount of necrotic damage done heals the wielder (2,000gp/200xp).
