Brass Bell of Serpent’s Decay

This bell, when rung, causes the living flesh of snakes to rot and decay away, leaving behind only their bones. Snake-like creatures like yuan-ti and medusa (for example) must make a DC 15 CON saving throw or die instantly, on a success the target instead takes 8d8 necrotic damage. It can only be used 1/day to target “snake like” creatures which includes snakes of the giant and dire variety.
